The cause for
Candida varies from person to person which is mainly caused due to
• Antibiotics: They are the
common cause for Candida. They destroy both bacteria causing harm and
good bacteria. When antibiotics destroy friendly bacteria it gives the
Candida a chance to begin to multiply.
• Birth Control Pills: Most
of the birth control pills are hormone estrogen. This estrogen in the
synthetic form has been found to promote the growth of yeast.
• Excessive Stress: Stress
may lead to the growth of yeast. Stress causes the release of certain
hormone called Cortisol which will depress the immune system and also
raise blood sugar. The elevation in blood sugar can feed the yeast
cells allowing them to grow quickly.
• Tap Water Consumption:
Sometimes we put chlorine to clean the water by drinking this water
will destroy the friendly intestinal bacteria. This leads to the
increase in the growth of Candida Yeast.
• Parasites & Intestinal Worms:
Presence of these two increases the growth of Candida Yeast because
they destroy the friendly bacteria in the intestines.
• Constipation: Digestive
system that is constipated becomes very alkaline. This is the best
environment for the Candida to grow.
• Drugs & Alcohol: Intake
